Important Details

Everyone over the age of 12 months must have a ticket to enter. This event will sell out, please plan and purchase accordingly.

All children must be accompanied by an adult. Not a stroller-friendly event.

The event run time is approximately one and half hours in length

Children under the age of 12 months do not need a ticket, but the accompanying adult(s) must have a ticket.

If our Halloween Ball goes on as planned, all tickets are non-refundable and can not be applied to another event.

Seating will be limited as it is first come first served. Stairs will be present at this event, arrangments can be made for ground-level meet and greets for those who need them.

Costume Policy
For Guests ages 12 and under:

Costumes must be family-friendly and may not be obstructive, offensive, objectionable or violent. This up to the discretion of Reserving Royalty Management.

Costumes may not contain any props or accessories that resemble or could easily be mistaken for an actual weapon.
For Guests ages 13 or Older:

All Guests may dress as their favorite character, but may not pose for pictures or sign autographs for other Guests. This is so there is no confusion as to who is a vetted performer with Reserving Royalty. Thank you for understanding and helping us preserve the magic!

Parking:
Free Downtown Street Parking or nearby at the Clocktower Parking Lot.
We get it, getting children into those pesky costumes and into the car takes some time, so plan accordingly to reduce stress and make this event a success for your family! Arrive early, and plan additional time for parking.
Enter the venue's main doors.
Mira Claire Boutique will be available in the lobby of our ballroom before and after sessions. Be sure to charge your phone or bring a camera as you will be sure to want to capture these memories. Grab a nap prior to showtime. Eat a meal or snack prior to the ball as a meal will not be served.

Meeting Villains and Halloween Friends can be overwhelming to your little one, If this is their first time meeting characters, we do recommend not making it a surprise but preparing them for the fun that they will have and experience.
Check-in
Check-in will start 30 mins prior to the event. EVERY guest over the age of 12 months will need a ticket. Please have your tickets ready to scan, printed clearly or up on your phone (screenshot each ticket for easy access or add to your digital card wallet).
Tickets must be purchased online, we don't accept payment for them at the door. No guests will be allowed to enter without a ticket, you will be asked to step out of line and purchase online (if any tickets remain day of). If you need additional tickets, purchase them asap.
What Should We Wear?
Rock your Halloween costume, be a villain, princess, paw patrol, pumpkin, or whatever your little one likes!
We are sure the crowd will be a mixture of everything. We will also have Mira Claire Boutique set up with villains' attire for purchase as well. Just as long as you follow our costume guidelines!

What Should We Expect?
Shop Mira Claire Boutique and Visit Patty K Photography's booth and then grab a spot for the show in the main ballroom.
Chair Seating will be limited as it is first come first served.
At 12:30 or 3:00pm the show begins and you will be introduced to over 15 villains via dance, singing, and shenanigans. There will be villains you all know and love, some that will be nostalgic for parents, and some that are just downright silly.
Post-show, we will transition into individual meet and greets as you will get to personally meet each character in attendance. Charge up those phones as you will be sure to want to snap some photos!
Stairs will be present at this event, arrangements can be made for ground-level meet and greet for those who need them. Not a stroller-friendly event.
Our no-scare patrol will be roaming the ballrooms with treats for children. We have worked hard to make this a family fun program and promise the villains will be on their "best" celebration behavior
Guests will have plenty of opportunities to meet and greet all attending characters and take photos. Photos and videos are encouraged (tag us @ReservingRoyalty), we just asked for no flash photography during our show. We ask that you please don't rush our performers, we want to give each and every guest a magical experience. We have allotted plenty of time for every child to have quality interaction with the characters they so love!
We will be very busy making the magic so our staff won't be able to check messages or accept calls the day of the event so ask questions early! Thank you for understanding. Our cast and crew are very excited to share the magic of Reserving Royalty and our captivating, spooky fun-filled program with you very soon!
Halloween Bash Event Ticket Policies
Ticket holders must present their tickets on entry. You can either print your ticket or present a digital version for scanning. All tickets are non-refundable. We will not resell your ticket for you. We will try our best to accommodate transfer requests to different time slots within the same event, however, we are unable to do so if the session is sold out. If we are unable to host this event, all tickets will be fully refunded. All events are LIMITED ticketed events. Every participating adult and child must have a ticket. Children under the age of 12 months do not need a ticket, but the accompanying adult(s) must have a ticket. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Please follow our listed costume guidelines.
By taking part in this event, you grant the Reserving Royalty LLC full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming during the event, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to
use them in our printed and online publicity, social media, & press releases.
Why we have this policy
Unfortunately, as much as we wish we could accommodate every request we receive for transfers, credits, and refunds for royal guests who are unable to attend an event after purchasing a space, we simply cannot. There is a lot of labor, hours of staff preparation, and purchasing that takes place for each child whether or not they attend the event. If we transfer your ticket to a new event, we would lose money. To put it simply, our doors would close if we didn’t adhere to our specialty ticket policies. We apologize for this inconvenience but appreciate your understanding and support of our small business.
