The Princess Spring Gala returns for another enchanting year!

Share an afternoon of dazzling, pure delight with your little one as you walk into an event filled with royal Professional Princess entertainment! You and your little one will be enchanted by visits from over 12 fairytale friends during a captivating, sparkle-filled spring program. Engage in an interactive storytime, Be pixie dusted by Tink, waltz with Cinderella, dream with Rapunzel, splash with the Little Mermaid, enjoy LIVE sing-a-longs to your favorite tunes including those of the Snow Sisters, and meet your favorite royals all in one magical place!

This Gala includes a seated Princess Variety Show with singing, dancing and more, and meet and greets/ photo opportunities with all the attending characters

Important Details

  • The Event is Rain or Shine.

  • Everyone over the age of 12 months must have a ticket to enter. This event can sell out, please plan and purchase accordingly. 

  • VIP Upgrade just needs to be purchased for children however any adults attending with the children must have a standard ticket for the following showtime. The children will need both a standard ticket and a VIP upgrade to receive the VIP Perks. Limited to 20 spots per session. Must arrive early to receive first-seat selection perks. Group photo perk will only be available for a limited time directly after the show. 

  • This venue is not very stroller-friendly. There are some steps to enter the lower gardens and lakeside for Meet and Greets. Arrangements can be made for those who need to meet on the first level. 

  • Children under the age of 12 months do not need a ticket, but the accompanying adult(s) must have a ticket.

  • Royal crowns & and glittering gowns are encouraged but not required for little ones as you are sure to want to dress up for this occasion.

  • If you are 12 years or older you may not dress or try to portray a princess or prince. This is so there is no confusion as to who is a performer with Reserving Royalty. Thank you for understanding and helping us preserve the magic!

  • Adults must have a ticket and All children must be accompanied by an adult. 

  • The event run time is approximately one and a half hours in length

  • If our Spring Gala goes on as planned, all tickets are non-refundable and can not be applied to another event. 

  • Each session will be the same!  Please only attend your purchased session to ensure that we have plenty of room for all our guests.

  • To avoid scams, please only purchase tickets directly from us and only from our direct website.​ If purchasing a resold ticket, please check its legitimacy with us prior.

Gala FAQS and Tips

Arrival

Parking is easy at this venue as they have a large parking lot to accommodate all of us. Enter the venue's main doors. 

Mira Claire Boutique, Doughlicious Treats ,and Patty K Photography will be available in the lobby of our ballroom before and after sessions. Be sure to charge your phone or bring a camera as you will be sure to want to capture these memories. Grab a nap prior to showtime. Eat a meal or snack prior to the gala as food will not be served, just sweet treats for sell.

Every guest over 12 months must have a ticket to Enter

Meeting over 12 royals can be overwhelming to your little one,  If this is their first time meeting characters, we do recommend not making it a surprise but preparing them for the fun that they will have and experience. 

Check-in

VIP Check-in will start 30 mins prior to the event showtime. Standard Check-in will start 20 mins prior to the event showtime. EVERY guest over the age of 12 months will need a ticket. Please have your tickets ready to scan, printed clearly or up on your phone (screenshot each ticket for easy access or add to your digital card wallet).

Tickets must be purchased online, we don't accept payment for them at the door. Each session will be the exact same! You can only attend your purchased session to ensure that we have plenty of room for all our guests.

What Should We Wear?

Royal crowns & glittering gowns are encouraged but not required for little ones as you are sure to want to dress up for this occasion.

Most little one's wear their favorite princess dress, prince attire, or play dress. Adults tend to lean toward Sunday best/ dressy casual.

Don't have a comfy dress to wear? No Worries! Come early and shop Mira Claire Boutique, who will be set up with tons of gorgeous outfits and accessories for a perfect gala ensemble!

What Should We Expect?

The Princess Spring Gala will start with an enchanting princess stage show, chair seating will be available, close seats are first-come, first-served as well as floor seating for up-close viewing (most popular with the little ones). This show will include dancing, singing, and more! After the show, we will transition into personal meet and greets, both in the ballroom and surrounding rooms. Guests will have plenty of opportunities to meet and greet all attending characters and take photos. Photos and videos are encouraged (tag us @ReservingRoyalty), we just asked for no flash photography during our show. We ask that you please don't rush our performers, we want to give each and every guest a magical experience. We have allotted plenty of time for every child to have quality interaction with the characters they so love! 

 

 We will be very busy making the magic so our staff won't be able to check messages or accept calls the day of the event so ask questions early! Thank you for understanding. We can't wait to share a dazzling, Sunday with your family. Our cast and crew are very excited to share the magic of Reserving Royalty and our captivating, sparkle-filled program with you very soon!

Princess Gala Event Ticket Policies 

Ticket holders must present their tickets on entry. You can either print your ticket or present a digital version for scanning. All tickets are non-refundable. We will not resell your ticket for you. We will try our best to accommodate transfer requests to different time slots within the same event, however, we are unable to do so if the session is sold out.  If we are unable to host this event, all tickets will be fully refunded. In the unlikely event that this event has to be postponed, tickets will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled date. This event is rain or shine. Princess Appearances are subject to change in rare cases of emergencies. All events are LIMITED ticketed events. Disclaimer: Please note that Reserving Royalty is providing princess and character impersonations. The royal guests that we offer are characters from classic fairy tales and/or our own creations. We do not offer licensed or copyrighted characters. We do not have the intention of violating any copyright or trademark laws. Any resemblance you may see is simply incidental. We will only serve clients who respect this notice. By taking part in this event, you grant the Reserving Royalty LLC full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming during the event, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to
use them in our printed and online publicity, social media, & press releases.

Why we have this policy 

Unfortunately, as much as we wish we could accommodate every request we receive for transfers, credits, and refunds for royal guests who are unable to attend an event after purchasing a space, we simply cannot. There is a lot of labor, hours of staff preparation, and purchasing that takes place for each child whether or not they attend the event. If we transfer your ticket to a new event, we would lose money. To put it simply, our doors would close if we didn’t adhere to our specialty ticket policies. We apologize for this inconvenience but appreciate your understanding and support of our small business.
