Special guests include Captain America, Tinker Bell, Elsa and Anna, Rapunzel, Merida, Miles Morales, Ariel (inspired by the live-action movie), New Year's Barbie and More!

Important Details

Everyone over the age of 12 months must have a ticket to enter. This event can sell out, please plan and purchase accordingly.

Children under the age of 12 months do not need a ticket, but the accompanying adult(s) must have a ticket.

Royal crowns & glittering gowns, capes and more are encouraged but not required for little ones as you are sure to want to dress up for this occasion.

If you are 12 years or older you may not dress or try to portray a character. This is so there is no confusion as to who is a performer with Reserving Royalty + Heroes. Thank you for understanding and helping us preserve the magic!

The event run time is approximately one and half hours in length

If our Noon Years party goes on as planned, all tickets are non-refundable and can not be applied to another event.

Every guest over 12 months must have a ticket to Enter

Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to a friend to attend in your place.

Meeting lots of characters can be overwhelming to your little one, If this is their first time meeting characters, we do recommend not making it a surprise but preparing them for the fun that they will have and experience.

This event will have loud music, lights, and noises, at any point it becomes too much for your little one, there is a quiet area in a room located on the opposite side of the main ballroom.

Check-in
Check-in will start 15 mins prior to the event showtime. EVERY guest over the age of 12 months will need a ticket. Please have your tickets ready to scan, printed clearly or up on your phone (screenshot each ticket for easy access or add to your digital card wallet).

What Should We Wear?
This event is comfy casual, most littles arrive in their favorite princess or hero attire. Anything that you can move and groove in.

What Should We Expect?
This event is focused on high energy, and character fun, there will be no formal meet and greet lines, so feel free to grab a picture whenever you like. We will start with an icebreaker game and then transition into stations for crafting, wishing, and prepping for the big ball drop. Close to noon, we will gather in the main room and then 3...2....1 Balloon drop and release all the fun as we dance the afternoon away!
We will be very busy making the magic so our staff won't be able to check messages or accept calls the day of the event so ask questions early! Thank you for understanding. We can't wait to kick off New Year right with your family. Our cast and crew are very excited to share the magic of Reserving Royalty + Heroes with our joyful noon years party!

Noon Years Event Ticket Policies

Ticket holders must present their tickets on entry. You can either print your ticket or present a digital version for scanning. All tickets are non-refundable. We will not resell your ticket for you. We will try our best to accommodate transfer requests to different time slots within the same event, however, we are unable to do so if the session is sold out. If we are unable to host this event, all tickets will be fully refunded. In the unlikely event that this event has to be postponed, tickets will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled date. All events are LIMITED ticketed events. Every participating adult and child must have a ticket. Children under the age of 12 months do not need a ticket, but the accompanying adult(s) must have a ticket. By taking part in this event, you grant the Reserving Royalty LLC full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming during the event, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to
use them in our printed and online publicity, social media, & press releases.

Why we have this policy
Unfortunately, as much as we wish we could accommodate every request we receive for transfers, credits, and refunds for royal guests who are unable to attend an event after purchasing a space, we simply cannot. There is a lot of labor, hours of staff preparation, and purchasing that takes place for each child whether or not they attend the event. If we transfer your ticket to a new event, we would lose money. To put it simply, our doors would close if we didn’t adhere to our specialty ticket policies. We apologize for this inconvenience but appreciate your understanding and support of our small business.
