This is a timed entry event, groups will check in up to 10 minutes prior to their entry time, once released, they will be able to travel through the trail at their own pace, with stopped show scenes along the way.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• At Least 20 character encounters portrayed by ACTORS including appearances of The Sanderson Sisters, Wednesday, and Princess + Villain Parings such as Maleficent/Aurora, Evil Queen/Snow White, Hans/Anna, Ursula/Little Mermaid and many more. 
• Candy and Treats (and maybe a few tricks) so bring along your favorite pumpkin pail.
• Interactive Performances and Photo Opportunities with and without Characters
• Optional Costume Contest (with prizes) 
• Managed Crowds, with our timed entry, we will keep the flow going and wait times down.
• Fun Vendors, We will have spooky snacks/drinks available for purchase and Dress Your Fairytale shop will be open.
• Family Fun Atmosphere - this will be a not-so-spooky Halloween Party for everyone's liking!

Important Details

• All children must be accompanied by an adult. Not a drop-off event, a guardian must stay with attending little ones.
• Costumes must be family-friendly and may not be obstructive, offensive, objectionable or violent. This up to the discretion of Reserving Royalty Management. Costumes may not contain any props or accessories that resemble or could easily be mistaken for an actual weapon.
• Check-in will not start until 10 mins prior to your ticketed booked entry time.
• Everyone needs a ticket to enter. Infants 18 months and younger are free.
• Sometimes Meeting Villains and Halloween Friends can be overwhelming to your little one,  If this is their first time meeting characters, we do recommend not making it a surprise but preparing them for the fun that they will have and experience. Our villains will be more sassy than scary and on their best behavior. You are also welcome to skip any encounter for the next if desired. 
• If our Halloween Event goes on as planned, all tickets are non-refundable and can not be applied to another event. You are welcome to gift or resale your tickets if you are not able to attend.
• To avoid scams, please only purchase tickets directly from us and only from our direct website.​ If purchasing a resold ticket, please check its legitimacy with us prior.
